1] The e-Told Ad-Rotator allows the banner to be displayed to the visitor until they leave the page. As well the Ad-Rotator displays banners on over 100 pages on e-Told.org and other web sites owned by e-Told.org.
2] Advertisers who purchase Ad-Rotator services will receive a special link to login and view their hit and clickthru rate.
3] No games, investments, or loan programs will be permitted to advertise on the Ad-Rotator. Games, investments, and loan programs will be permitted banners or text ads only in The e-Told Reports.
4] Ad-Rotator will be open to all providers, Exchangers, and any entrepreneurs who are selling products.
5] e-Told has the right to refuse any advertiser, and will refund and funds that were previously paid for that advertisement. Once a banner is placed or advertised in The e-Told Reports, no refunds will be issued.
