This is a "Private" Card, and does not have any name on it. That does not mean that the card holder is "anonymous" or "non-identified" or completely unknown. The card holder must provide a name, valid PHYSICAL address (no PO Boxes), telephone number, email address, social security number (U.S. customers only), driver's license OR passport number and date of birth. Your personal information is not sent to any third-party, and is kept in strict confidentiality. This information is needed for compliance purposes only. Private simply means that your name is not on the card, and you do not have to send us a photocopy of your ID to receive the card.

For security reasons, your card is not activated until it is first funded.  Normally, card funding is completed within 48 hours or less (excluding holidays and weekends).

Load Fees :

• Our fee to process your card loading using e-gold, IntGold or Pecunix, is 3.5% ($6.00 minimum fee).
• Our fee to process your card loading using EvoCash, E-bullion, VirtualGold, or NetPay is 4.5% ($6.00 minimum fee).
• $25 minimum amount you can load at one time.
• For loading orders of $2,000 or more at one time, there is a 0.5% discount.

 Miscellaneous Fees and Options:

• To buy back e-currency using your debit card, the fee is 5% (minimum card-to-card transfer fee applies).
• Lost PIN or card can be re-issued for an additional processing fee.   
• Free online card balance and history access available.
• You can also obtain your card balance anytime at virtually any ATM location.

The supplier, Gold Age reserves the right to cancel or suspend any card holder's card account if there is suspicion that the card holder is participating in fraudulent or illegal activity.
